Retail RETURNS

The following return policy applies to any new and unused merchandise that has been purchased directly from Namaste Inc. retail headquarters. For returns that were purchased from one of our many fine retailers, please contact the retailer directly.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase from Namaste Inc., you may return it within 14 calendar days for store credit (to be used for purchases directly through Namaste Inc. headquarters) less the initial freight or a refund less the freight and a 5% re-stocking fee.

Please call for return instructions and for return authorization. Please write the provided number(s) on the outside of the package.

A Namaste product can only be returned for credit or refund if it was not used and is still in the original packaging (including dust bag and tags).

We must receive the return within 14 calendar days of when you received the Namaste product.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items Include: Seconds department items, discontinued styles, final-sale items.

All returned items will be inspected.

If you should happen to notice a product defect within 90 days after date of receipt, please contact Namaste Inc. directly for a return label authorization and we will cover the shipping charges. Upon receipt of the product, Namaste Inc. will either replace or repair the item.

For items being sent to our Returns department, please be sure to ship your item by insured, traceable mail. UPS, USPS, and other carriers offer this service. Please call in advance to receive a Return Authorization # to be written on the outside of the package. Please include a note with your address and daytime phone number along with your instructions. Also please include a copy of your sales receipt or packing slip and send to :

Wholesale RETURNS
